M2019 is a strategic plan that will position Meritor as a growth company by
launching new products, earning business with new customers in different
geographies, increasing our share of the aftermarket and expanding into adjacent
The three-year plan has four priorities:

- Transform to a growth-oriented organization
- Grow revenue
- Invest in employees
M2019 will be our roadmap as we align our actions, achieve our goals and
advance Meritor to the next level to meet the expectations of our shareholders,
customers and employees. The plan will drive revenue growth, improve profits and
return value to shareholders.
For customers, we will launch 20 major products during M2019 and continue to
improve quality and delivery. We will grow our relationships with strategic
customers and earn business with new customers as Meritor expands into new
geographies. The company will also increase its share of the aftermarket and
expand its components offerings globally.
Internally, we will further improve safety in plants, expand employee
engagement and grow our talent and support development for timely succession.
